Cologne Migration

Following the major outage (https://status.ecso.cloud/report/3454287), all cloud servers were migrated to temporary compute resources. During the specified time period, we will be moving them to permanent servers. Up to 50 cloud servers will be migrated to the stable infrastructure at a time. Connection issues may occur during and after the maintenance work, however, we do not expect the cloud servers to be completely unavailable for the entire duration.
